What do you do with your old planners?
Toss, shred every single page, burn?

I'm a dork - I keep them. I put so much info in them - it's fun to read every once in while - like when DH & I first started dating - it's fun to see what we did. Or when I traveled, I usually noted what I did each day. I also try to keep tabs on my work hours in my planners, and it helps to keep track of my health (like the last time I saw a certain MD or when I was out sick at work).
