Aww Jo, I'm sorry to hear. I usually just try to breathe in deep and out, talk to a friend or family member.

I play CD's and sing all my favorite songs or I go to the gym and get out some aggression.

I put on the Snoopy Theme song (Linus & Lucy) as loud as I can and do the Snoopy dance.
Can't be in a bad mood after that!!
Another thing that works for me and my coworker if you don't have a place for the snoopy dance is to raise your desk chair up as high as it will go and spin for a little while. Makes you feel like a kid!
