OK, can you give some more info? Is it that she is struggling to push out the poop? Or is she not going for days?
I know when Lucas had a time when he went 5 days without pooping my ped had us put 1 tsp of dark Karo syrup in his bottle to act as a natural laxitive.
I would call your doctor if you are concerned!

Fortunately (or not) Lucas is a great pooper  But there have been a few occasions where he has really struggled and it breaks my heart because he's in pain.
When he switched to whole milk he had it the worst for 2 days but we gave him diluted prune juice and pureed apricots and that seemed to help..now he's back on track 
But it does depend on the situation and age...also how long it's been.

We had this issue when they were first born. Our doctor told us to gently put a thermometer up there butts to stimulate them.
But I would call your doctor just to double check.

well She is on Elecare formula and she is 5.5mts old..
now that she is eating food 3x a day fruits and veggies only no cereal she doesn't poop everyday..
and I can tell she is miserable and the prunes do'nt always help her :(

I called.. she said she might just not be an everyday pooper.... she is like me
she said as long as when it does come out its soft not to worry

We are going through this since she was 4 or 5 months. They said once we started solids, it would help. She poops rocks basically. Usually one a day or every other. You could try diluted pear juice, they have it in BRU and it's organic. HTH.

Since DS started getting mostly formula and started solids this has been a problem off and on. Ped said he should go every day and that the longer he goes without the harder it gets for them and they may get cramping when eating. Here are the various things I have tried:
Prunes,
Peas,
Prune Juice diluted with water,
water...
And, if it goes more than 3 days I have had to use a supp
I hate this stuff!!!!
