What do you do
in the middle of the night when you get a cramp in your hip...I just drink water and walk it out...anything else to do?

I haven't had this...hope I never do!!! I get plenty of charlie horses though. When that happens I basically moan groan and scream until my boyfriend wakes up and massages it and then I go back to sleep.

Lucky you you have a nice boyfriend my husband can sleep through scud missle testing in our backyard he is such a heavy sleeper, it makes me nervous for when I'm realy going to need him!

Honestly I just switch sides of sleeping cuz that's initially what causes my hip pain, and if it's really bad, I'll walk around in the house, but nothing helps too much besides getting off it!

No hip pain, but for:
Back pain: I try to roll over while moaning like a powerlifter going for that extra 50 pounds.
Charlie Horse: I scream in agony while my husband doesn't stir. Then I have him wake me up 20 minutes later to tell me that my nose is whistling.
Husband (aka pain in the asss): I recite a list of things I don't like that he does.

I get lower back pain and leg cramps in the early morning (5am or so). I try to switch sleeping positions or I get up and move around. Nothing seems to really help though...
This morning was the first time that I actually had a hard time getting out of bed. I was in so much pain with my lower back.
I caved in and took some Tylenol and it helped!

I usually just switch sides I am sleeping on and try srtetching it. Most times it works.

Same for me. Hip pain is my biggest issue right now.
