what do you consider STTN??

my dd is alil over 3 1/2 months old..ive been posting like crazy that she is STILL waking up for a 3am bottle..but the last 2 nites, ive put her in alil later then her normal 8pm bedtime and i put her in closer to 9:30-9:45..shes been sleeping till 5:30-5:45..last nite i only had to go in once to give her the binky at 1am. she fell right back to sleep.
Is this her "sleeping through the nite"??
I ask this because my son slept 12 hours straight by 7 weeks, so im not used to this nonsense.

Jaime, I would consider that sleeping through the night...I think at this age it's like 6 or 7 hours thats considered sleeping through the night!

Does she go back to sleep after that early morning feeding, or is she up for the day?

she goes back to bed, but at that time im so tired, that usually i just nurse her in my bed and we fall asleep till i have to get my other one up for school...so she usually goes back around 6 until 7am, then shes up and playing with her brother and my dh for alil, and then she goes back around 8:30 once they all clear out of the house..until about 10:30-11

dd sleeps from between 830 and 930 through to about 615. I consider that sleeping through the night.

Re: what do you consider STTN??

For me it was when he was sleeping from 11-6am. If I had to get up in the middle of hte night for a bottle it wasnt STTN regardless of the # of hours.
