what do you call the "eye" things that allow you to hide your cable box?
trying to find them on amazon and dont know what to search.
they sit or attach to your tv and you can aim your remote at it.

Hooked to what you linked, then wires from that to your cable box, dvr/blueray player, etc. Like in this diagram...
