What do I need for #2?

I am starting to put together a list for myself to see what I will need for #2 who is coming in September.

Right now I am looking into strollers. I used the snap n go with DD and loved it because it was lightweight and easy to open/close (sometimes with 1 hand!). DD will be 2.5 when baby comes. If we go shopping or out in public I will want her strapped into a stroller. I was looking at sit and stands that have the adapter for the car seat. Will the sit and stand be as easy/light as the snap n go? I was hoping to use this until #2 is out of the car seat and then decide if I need a double stroller down the line.

BTDT, What would you suggest?

Anything else that you can think of that I should consider for #2? We were team with #1 so we already have all of the big things.

My DD will be 2.5 as well when baby #2 arrives so I too was trying to think of things that we will need to get. We were on team when I was pregnant with DD so we have all of the major things and everything is gender neutral which is good. I am looking into getting Graco Ready2Grow Classic Connect Stand & Ride Stroller. My DD is already not interested in riding in a stroller so I don't want to spend a lot of money on getting a double stroller that she will be out of in a few months. This stroller gives her the option of standing, and gives me the option of strapping her into the seat if I need. The only other thing I can think of off the top of my head is that I want to replace all of the baby bottle nipples for the new baby, and get new baby spoons. I am sure I will think of some other things as I get closer, or even after the baby is here, but the stroller is my main concern.

Ah! Thanks! I have new nipples on my list but not spoons! Good call!! I also want to get new wash cloths and bath towels. I have an unopened package burp cloths, so maybe I'll just pick up some new bibs.

I'll look into the Graco stroller you mentioned. I feel the same as you about a double. DD is not a runner and is generally very good when we are out in public but I worry about her getting tired if we're out for a while and feel like I'll need something to put her in.

My DD hates the stroller lately, she says "no stroller, I a big girl now". Luckily our daughter is not a runner either, she will hold my hand and stay right by me if we are walking somewhere, so I don't mind leaving the stroller in the car and letting her walk with me. But I figured the sit and stand will give her the option to sit if she gets tired.
