what do I do now??

so I sold a BRAND NEW NEVER OPENED smoothie/blender on Ebay and she just emailed me that iit was broken and she says that she doesnt believe that it wasnt opened and she wants a REFUND

I swear it was brand new and it was a shower gift
what do I do now?

Did you check whether returns were ok....Also did you offer insurance? If yes and she didnt take it..oh well..if no, you can stand by no insurance meant buy at your own risk.

Tell her you will see what ebay says, and tell her you need pictures of the original packing you sent it in to dispute with the post office and what it looks like etc...

That could all scare her off...

I sent it UPS and it is insured so thats fine but she saying that I sent it used

I would tell her you have to look at it before you make any decsions.
Have her send it back to you.
Unfortunatly some ppl do the ole switcheroo on things ( where they will send back a used one and say its the one you sent)
Dont give back anything till you have the merchandise.

something similar happened to me once but I gave back the money because I didnt want the Negative feedback.

Do you think the blender/smoothie was broken when you got it oringally as a gift but didn't know it? i would alway's check before selling it I was just curious thats all! if you knoew it was in good condition before selling it than tell her to take pics to prove it.good luck i hope things work out.
