What Did You Do When DC Had Bad Reaction to Vaccine?
Anyone has a DC who had a bad reaction to a vaccine? Mine just had his HIB shot today and the area around the injection is swollen and rather firm.
DS cries bloody murder when we press against it. It makes it hard to hold him! He also has a fever.
We were told to ice his leg and massage the area around the injection but I know that's only gonna make him scream more since he's already hurting at a mere touch!

I think that is considered a 'minor' reaction (at least from the sheet I was given after every immunization).
Maybe call the ped and ask if DC can get a tylenol
