Sure, here it is:
https://www.nassaucountyny.gov/wps51/portal/AROW
Basically all you have to do is create an account, then search for a few homes in your area that have a lower value so that you can state you have a case for your assessment to be lowered, then you just fill out the online form and click and send! I did it last year and just got a letter a few weeks ago from the review commission with a lower assessement #. Good luck!

Two years in a row I tried it myself and got denied. I am thinking about trying with a company this year. My house appraises for 100,000 less than what it did 5 years ago. There is no reason we should be paying the same taxes!
