Where did you do that - is there a website online that lets you pick them out and do that to a picture of your house?
ETA: I also like the type of shutters in pic#1 better than the slatted shutters in pic #2

I think it goes best with the roof.
The off-white tends to disappear against the white.
Green might make it look like the Christmas house. I'm sorry but green and white together make me think of that.
