DH takes fertility blend for men. Buys it at Duane Reed and RE actually recommended ity. He did have an improvement after that but he was also taking Glucophage so I am not sure which one helped.

I always had regular cycles my whole life and then after went off an SSRI all of a sudden my luteal phase became short (11 days). I started taking "fertility blend" and it went back to 14/15 days...now, it might have just happened on its own anyway, but I'm still taking it and I'm making DH take the ones for men too....maybe it's just a gimmick but what the heck!
