Yes, it's my house! Thanks.
We are actually having an Open House today from 12-4. Many people have already stopped by this weekend... over 40 on a holiday weekend which is good.
It's Mint ++ condition. All new kitchen, bath and 3 week old heating unit so very efficient, CAC, deck, 1/2 finished basement.
VERY LOW TAXES at $3,800 in a great school district.
OK, door bell just rang again.

OMG how funny. i just happened to be searching the FSBO site and this one stood out. we just bought in may but i still like to "browse".
