Anyone know anything about first corporate meeting for a business?
DH is just starting up a business...looking online for some corporate meeting templates? Can you get these forms for free online? Anyone know what I'm talking about? (I don't!  . DH just called and asked if I could do a search)

This is just a silly formality. If he's starting up his own business - assuming as S-Corp. I would imagine he got a corporate kit. Such templates may already be in there. I have a S-Corp for my side computer business, I just wrote in the information.

Right, if it is 1 or 2 poeple it is just a paper, no real meeting is held.

yes, s-corp. 3 guys owning/running the business. They went the cheapest route- so no corporate kit....
