 Re: Any dinner ideas?
How about snack foods. I have a good baked clam dip, a hot taco dip. You could make cheese quesidillas. Chips and dip. Crab cakes. Blackened Tuna over Ceasar salad, one of my favs. I am assuming no meat because its Friday but fish would be ok. I have a good recipe for Pasta with white clam sauce. I make a penne pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and asparagus that is good and fast.
Love this Recipe from Epicurious, you could omit the chicken.

 Re: Any dinner ideas?
Penne a la Vodka without meat...add mushrooms to give it a little more texture and flavor. It's easy to make too.
