What causes a long luteal phase?
I am 16 dpo and waiting for af. I tested negative today on a $tree so I'm pretty positive I'm out this month. I had an iui 17 days ago and was being monitored so inknow I ovulated 16-17 days ago. I have had very long lp before and it is never less than 14 days. The waiting is just killing me I just want af to come so I could move on

You're not on Progesterone, are you? If so, that can delay AF.
Otherwise, sometimes AF just comes late due to stress, exercise, whatever. Even if its a few days.
