what can you eat?
Im trying to force myself to eat but i dont know what i can and cant eat. does anyone know where you can get a list of things or maybe reciepes. Like can i heat hard boiled eggs. Block cheese. I am a tyipe of person that needs to plan it all out. thanks sorry for the silly question

i ate everything except raw fish, alcohol and unpasteurized cheese (which is almost impossible to find here anyway)...
Some will tell you to heat cold cuts until they are steaming...

I also eat whatever I want. Except fish (Im allergic) and alcohol. I eat a lot of cold cuts, feta cheese, etc.

My Dr. said - No fast food, sushi or unpasteurized cheeses. Other than that everything in moderation.
