It hurts but I dont wanna go to the dr...lol

Ice, and ACE bandage. Minimize usage. That's about all you can do. Even if you go to a Dr., he'll put on an ACE bandage, tell you to ice it, and not to use it too much.
There's no swelling, or sharp pain, is there?
