what can I make with this?

I have a craving for cannelini beans and tonight I'm going to make Tuscan beans with tomatoes and sage. What would you make with it? I'm thinking a piece of fish or shrimp. Does that sound like too much protein?

Any other suggestions?

Definitely make fish. I often make beans as a substitute for starch, not protien.

Thanks! I've got some shrimp in the freezer. I'm going to make a scampi without pasta.

I love white beans! I usually use them in escarole, or mix with broc rabe and grilled chicken over rigatoni. I like your shrimp scampi idea though, that sounds delish!
