What bottles are you using?
With DS i used Dr. Browns and I do like them but it' such a pain to clean them and put them together for feeding. Is anyone using or planning on using something else? And why?

What bottles are you using?
I worked with infants in daycare for several years so I've used a good amount of the bottles that are out on the market. I did not like Dr. Brown's b/c not only were they a PITA to clean but the kids that used them weren't any less gassy than those who didn't. So to me, in my experience, they weren't worth it. I also did not like Avent bottles. My favorites were the Playtex Ventair and Playtex Drop Ins.

I bought a few sets of Born Free. If those don't work for whatever reason, I keep hearing about the Playtex bottles and might check those out.

We used a combo of Born Free glass and Avent plastic last time and will do the same this time around.

I have tons of different types. Avent, Dr.Browns, Playtex drop-ins, Playtex ventaire. I don't notice a huge difference between them as far as gas is concerned, he's gassy no matter what.

With my 1st we used the Playtex drop-ins, I plan to use these with this baby too. They worked best for her reflux and were much easier to clean then the Dr.Browns.

We got Avent Naturals- my sister recommended them, especially for breast feeding because they are supposed to feel more like a breast.

I bought some playtex drop in nursers and medela calma bottles. I also have some samples...Avent and Born Free so I will test them out and see what she likes

Dr. Brown's. Aside from the annoyance of cleaning them, they worked fine for DS#1 so I'll use them again for this one.

I used Dr. Browns w DD1 but DD2 refused them (and lots of other brands). We use the Lansinoh bottle that really mimics latching on.

I too hated all the pieces of the Dr. Brown's bottles. So this time, I'm trying the Tommee Tippee, and if he doesn't like them, I'll try the Nuk ones. If all else fails, I'll go to the Ventaire. I tried them with DD, but they too had extra parts, which I wasn't crazy about.
