What are your...
"go-to" cheap meals? When I was growing up and we needed to eat cheap, my mom always said her go-to meals were soup (both homemade or from a can), mac & cheese, pasta with sauce and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
I realized that mine are arroz con pollo (I'd be fine with just rice and beans but DH would not), Chili, Pasta with sauce, and Vegetable Stir-fry.
I'd love to hear others!

Re: What are your...
My great-grandmothers EACH had 11 children during the Great Depression, so a lot of my cheap recipes come from them. It's a lot of bean and pasta dishes.
Lentils and pasta
Pasta Fagioli (More pasta based than soup based)
Macaroni and Peas
English Muffin Pizzas

Re: What are your...
Breakfast: Oatmeal (not instant, the kind in the can)
Lunch: PB&J
Dinner: - Anything with a lot of beans-- lentil soup, escarole and bean soup, etc. - Soups in general are cheap - A roast chicken can be cheap if you really utilize every scrap of meat.
Usually meatless meals are the cheapest.
