DH said he wants my parm crusted chicken rollatini with pasta and vodka sauce on the side.
i was thinking homemade baked clams and ceasar salad before.
not sure about dessert yet! probably my peanutbutter pie!

I am planning on making mussels but just not sure how yet (either cooked in a white wine sauce or in mexican beer). I have no idea what to make alongside it as I have never attempted to make mussels before except in paella. So... I might make rice. And for dessert I am planning a chocolate raspberry tart.
But I am also looking for other ideas.

I am thinking of making linguini with clam sauce. We moved into our house last year around Valentines Day, so we have 2 reasons to celebrate.

you can make them in spicy marinara and just serve bread to dip! it is DIVINE.
I have no idea what I am making.

I'm making crab legs and petit filets. Will have asparagus and risotto.
For dessert I'm going to attempt a flourless chocolate torte with raspberry sauce.

I am making crab legs too! But so far that's all I got. Did not plan the rest of the menu yet!
