For Me:
Very Tired
No Motivation to leave the house
Eating on and off
Crying at the drop of a hat
Feeling very cold all the time
Self Esteem very down!

Constant Anxiety
Unable to concentrate
Unmotivated
Feeling Hopeless

OK I am going to sound like a commerical here.

But these are the symptoms of depression, of which you only need 5 to be diagnosed with major depressive disorder. The symptoms must last for 2 weeks most of the day every day

Depressed Mood
Decreased interest or pleasure in things
Change in appetite (up or down)
Change in sleep (increased or decreased)
poor energy
poor concentration
feelings of extreme guilt
feelings of hopelessness, helplessness or worthlessness
Thoughts of death

If this sounds like you , you should talk to your doctor.

Just remember their is a difference between feeling blue or down in the dumps then really being depressed. If these symptons are persistent and are not going away then you should seek professional attention
