What are some fun themes for a fall party
And entertainment?
I hate hate hate the thought of this, but I'm actually considering getting a petting zoo to come here for Tyler's first birthday since it's October and we have so many kids of all ages that it will be able to be fun for them all.
Any other thoughts?

I LOVE you!!!
Are you really thinking about his first birthday?
ETA: I really like the petting zoo idea. What about having it at White Post Farms?

Re: What are some fun themes for a fall party
LOL - I know you all think I'm nuts, but here's the thing, his birthday is 10/15 so I think I will do it the first weekend of October when it will hopefully still be nice out.
I can't do White Post Farms because we have 150 Adults, and about 60 kids, and well, I'm not rich
The kids ages range from a year to10 years old - most falling in the 3-4 and then 6-7 year old range.
For Jack's birthday, I will do either a Yo Gabba Gabba theme, or Toy Story since that is his new obsession.

For the record, I do not think you're crazy. You know I love to plan ahead

Re: What are some fun themes for a fall party
me thoughts have been meandering to October as well.
is there a pumpkin patch you could "rent" for a block of time?
I have been giving that some thought. there is also a petting zoo near my house I may call...rather than having me go to them, but I have no idea how much it would cost.
other than that, I'd probably rent a bouncy ball tent. cuz I love them

See, I did a bouncy castle for Jacks, but I feel like the big kids are too big to be in there with all the little kids. KWIM?

I haven't been to a party with a petting zoo but I did go to a reptile one. The kids loved it.
