What are some "crazy" things you did to get your infant to sleep?

I know the swing is a popular one. Someone told me they used to put their son to sleep in the carseat in the crib Thought that was pretty creative.

He does NOT like the Pack n Play or the Bassinet. I am going to try the swing tonight and see if he'll sleep more than an hour.

Any other ideas?

if she has zonked out on the boppy lounger, i'd just pick up the boppy lounger and put it in the pack n play...

once she was okay with this - then we started removing the boppy lounger & picking her up and putting her in the pack n play...

im literally sitting next to DS in the swing. he just would not fall asleep! im waiting a few minutes until hes completely gone then putting him in his crib so i can sleep!

i use to let her sleep in her car seat a lot and when that didnt work i let her sleep in the bed with us and shortly after she started sttn. the downside to that is shes 16 months now and is still in the bed with us

my DS would not go to sleep unless i ran the vaccuum. needless to say i went through about 4 vaccuums in a year!!
