They are like sucking candy. I used them for the train ride in to work in the am bc I had this horrible taste in my mouth and they would help a little.
They are ok, not a miracle cure for nausea by any means
( I would know, I am 27 weeks tomorrow and still throwing up!!)

They are tasty enough. They didn't end my ms by any means, but allowed me to teach without the fear that I would throw up in my classroom
I liked them enough to use them for both preg.
