what are other good first snacks?
i have started giving puffs and mum mums to ds who is 9 months. can you suggest any other good snacks that are easily dissolvable yet nutritious that he can try to pick up and feed himself with? tia!

Yogurt melts! Ds loves them. Also, fruit cut up into small pieces.

what are other good first snacks?
Fruit, cooked veggies (zucchini is a good soft one!), yogurt, cheese, cheerios. DS also went crazy for hummus on bread the other day. If you break it up into tiny pieces its a nice soft snack.

what are other good first snacks?
DD has cheerios, fruit (blueberries, pear, banana), cooked veggies (carrots, broccoli, peas), open faced grilled cheese or just little pieces of cheese. I also just started giving her the earth's best veggie crisps broken into pieces and she loved them.

what are other good first snacks?
Cheerios, cut up fruit, cheese, cut up veggies (steamed soft), baby goldfish, and yogurt melts were favorite snacks of my daughter's at that age.

Cheese, yogurt, cut up fruit, arrow root cookies(Gerber makes them) vegetables, Gerber cheese doodles (not sure what there called but they look like cheese doodles!)
