OMG- the worst side effect of pregnancy. It's when your ankles get so swollen that there is no size differentiation between your ankle and calf (hence the term:cankles).
I was plagued by "Hillary Clinton legs" at the end of my pregnancy.....

HAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA!! I got stupid "cankles" for a day last week (GROSS) and walked around the office telling everyone I have Hilary Clinton's legs!!
