What am I doing wrong?? Sooo tired!!

My DD is 8 months old has she is not fully sleeping through the night..she has been getting worse. Her last bottle is at 8:30-9:00. She then wakes 1 hour later..goes back to sleep on her own..Then she wakes at 2:30am...fussing not fully crying..so I leave her alone for 30 to 40 minutes..then she starts rocking on all fours and moving around and then starts banging her head and crying each time she hits it.. so now I will reposition her put the binky in her mouth and walk away..she continues to fuss and cry until 4:00am and I give her a bottle...This has been goin on for over a week..Me and DH are exhausted and we dont know what to do...Its hard to let her CIO we share a bedroom since we live in a 1 bedroom apt but we dont jump at every cry unless its hysterical. How long is too long?? We have tried White Noise, tylenol for her teething, changing her diaper..I just dont know what to do anymore..

Try putting her to bed earlier. At that age my boys were sleeping between 6:30-7

I will tell you what worked for us. Cereal in the last bottle. My pediatrician reccommended it to us and it worked. Not everyone agrees with this though.

we had the same issue at the same exact age.. i had to do the whole crying it out... which helped... alittle... the big difference was when we switched ds to table food... apparently he wasnt eating enough... now i get 7pm until 5/530am....

Yes she gets cereal in her bottle already due to reflux..it never helped with sleep unfortunatley..We are going to try to let her CIO again tonight and see what happens..

I have breathable bumpers on right now..should I put the other bumpers on with the cushion?? I hate when she bangs her head like that.
