what am i doing wrong? screen cap on iphone
i'm following the instructions to screen capture on my iphone, but it doesn't do anything besides asking me if i want to power my phone off.
what am i missing?

Are you pressing the button on the bottom too? (the one that you hit to exit an app). You have to press both at the same time. It sounds like you're only hitting the top button.

i'm pressing both
i press them at the same time, i press one first then the other, i press them and hold them down, i press them and release... nothing is working
i feel like such a tech dummy, right now
