What am I doing wrong, re: WW?
Im being really good with my points (minus the piece of cake I had on Sunday at my nephews bday party, but I had flex points), Ive been exactly on target and working out almost daily for about an hour, burning an estimated 200 calories. Im getting about an activity point a day, that I havent used yet. Even my snacking, Im making healthy choices of veggies, rice cakes, etc.
I know Im weighing myself WAY too often, but the scale hasnt budged even an ounce in a week! Im not expecting a miracle, but its really frustrating to feel like you are doing everything and more, right and to see NO results.
Any suggestions? What do you do when on WW the scale just wont budge?

Re: What am I doing wrong, re: WW?
I am by no means an expert on WW. I have only been doing it a few weeks. After the first 2 weeks, when I had good losses, the 3rd week had like nothing. I am chalking it up to my body adjusting to the good losses and catching up.
I also find that during the times when the number slow down, my body is shrinking. Maybe Im nuts, but thats what I find. I lose without seeing body changes, then stall and shrink. Then the loss picks up again.
Also, if you are working out that much and staying under your points, not including flex, up your points. Eat the max without going into flex. You need fuel...

Re: What am I doing wrong, re: WW?
I found that I maintained my weight best when I lost the weight slowly. 2 years ago I lost almost 25 lbs FAST... I gained it back soon after. The 18 I lost last year, slowly, stayed off- until the baby of course. So the slow weight loss- even though its annoying- is the best bet.
Also, you're exercising so you're reenergizing your muscles and building them back up again- so that will definitely account for a stagnant scale, remember muscle weighs more than fat :) If in 2 weeks or so there's no change, switch up the routine a bit. Try different activities or food choices.
HTH- I've had good luck with it before.. GL

Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating all of your points every day? Maybe it's the dreaded second week that they always talk about on Biggest Loser. Your body could just be adjusting.

You should eat protien with every meal
My ww leader says that you should use your activity points right after excersizing by having a ww shake with some skim milk....or some other food that is in comparison

Good questions! Also, are you eating your healthy oils? It makes a difference. Keep at it- the weight will come off!

Re: What am I doing wrong, re: WW?
I was reading your daily log and I saw that you also just quit smoking. That could also contribute to your slow weight loss.
Here is an article I found. There are probably others also. It was honestly the first one I found on google. It took me 3 tries to finally quit smoking and a couple of times I did notice a weight gain. (The third and final time I actually quit gradually and didn't find I gained weight.)
I am also currently in a situation where my weight is up and will not budge. It s ucks. I just keep telling myself that if I exercise every day and keep working at it that it will happen.
Hang in there. You can do it.

I would say quitting smoking is definitely messing with you. Also, working out is building muscle. I actually didn't work out that much for my first few weeks on WW. I wanted to get the diet portion under control before I started adding in exercising and activity points.

Re: What am I doing wrong, re: WW?
def. the smoking is messing with your bod
BUT
honestly stop weighing yourself multiple times a week. Really, just do it once a week. You'll make yourself nuts weighing too much.
