What age would you say is good to put DC in the carriage when you go to the grocery store?
I'm looking forward to having her in the little seat instead of her car seat.
I can't see over it when I go shopping

 I've ran over a few people because I couldn't see them!! I started using it when she could sit up so around five months or so. It's so convenient!

Usually by the time they are about 6 months they can sit in the cart...but they need some support. I usually use my pocketbook and some blankets etc.

i think i started around 9 mths or so when she was sitting up fully on her own. I used the seat cushion that had a pillow to support her better. It's so much easier without the seat.

I think it depends on the child, when they can sit well on their own and not slump over.

I did that in Target and I felt so bad..but this chick bent down in front of the cart...so.....

I first put Julia in one when she was 8 month, and I was sure to have that cart cover with me.....all those germs...

dd is 7 1.2 mths and im going to use this the next time we go to the supermarket..i prob would have done it a little sooner if i had that cart cover (just got it) and dh usually went with me so he would just push her in the stroller..but i agree i hate not being able to see that well over the seat in the cart!
