What age did you potty train your daughter?

My daughter is almost 23 months and showing the sign that she is ready. She has even pooped on the potty 2 times since Sunday.

I dont want to rush her, but also dont want to stop her if she maytruely be ready.

She could very well be ready. IMO, you won't know unless you give it a try, and if you try and it's not working in a reasonable time, then you know she's not ready. My daughter will be 3 in 2 months and is not trained. She has showed signs for almost a year, we've tried a couple of times, and most recently she gave herself a UTI from holding it - so we were advised to hold off a little. Give it a shot and follow her cues.

I did right after her second bday. She kept getting diaper rashes and I couldn't take it anymore.

We're trying right now at 28 months. Hasn't clicked yet but it's only the first day so hopefully we'll get there in a few more days. We've had the potty for months and have tried informally here and there. She went a few times at first and then nothing for months. Trying 3 day right now.

My DD will be 3 in October and she is so far from ready. She started getting very upset and anxious (not like her at all) when I was trying. We will try again closer to 3. Just look for signs she's ready and good luck!

Thank you. My DS wasnt potty trained till almost 3. So i figured I had at least another 6months to a year to even think about this. But she sits on her potty all time and even climbs on the regular toilet. I think I wanna give her a few more weeks, before I give it a real start. I dont want to rush or force her.

Dd1- 30 months
Dd2- 18 months

All kids are different if you think she is ready you should try. What's the worst that can happen she isn't ready and you try again later.

I didn't push it at all, and DD trained herself the week she turned 3.

She was introduced to the potty about 6-8 months prior.

around 2 1/2 -3 yrs old, my girls needed to be potty trained for school

22 months. Took a day. It was the right time.

Around 20 months she was really interested & went a few times on her little potty. I thought she was way too young so I didn't try to train her.
When she turned 2 I wanted to start training her but she was totally against it & I was kicking myself for not running with it when she was showing interest before.
I didn't push it & at 28 months she just went to the bathroom at my mom's house by herself. The next day I started the 3 day method & it worked pretty good.

We tried at 24 months and she would go on the potty at least once a day but then she became resistant and didn't want to. We tried again at 2.5 and she was not having it. We tried again right before 3 and still not having it. Finally at 3 years 2 months she was ready and wouldn't kick, scream and cry when on the potty. She was pee trained in a few days and poop trained in a couple of weeks.

at about 20 months we introduced the potty, but with no pressure. i had a baby when she was 24 months, so for awhile after that we did some light training and practicing, read books together about potty etc. by 36 months she was really ready and comfortable and was fully trained.

my dd was fully trained at 27 months. I was pregnant with #2 and wanted her to be trained by the time her brother was born. it took a bit of time (we began potty training at 2)

Late! After 3 but only took 3 days.

Started just before 3, she was pooped trained first, LOL. By a month after she was 3 she was fully trained, even for over nights.

She wasn't ready till after 3. Was fully trained at 3 years 3 months.
