My Level II simply consisted of an internal and external sonogram. The sonogram tech took tons of measurements of the baby, looked closely at the organs to make sure everything was developing properly and measuring as it should. We got amazing pictures (like my avatar) - she even put it into 3d/4d real-time mode so we got the see baby move - and we could have found out the baby's gender at that point but we opted to keep it  . That was it - no blood work for me (at least not that I remember at the sonogram place). It was the most amazing experience. T0 see your baby LOOK like a baby! ENJOY IT!!!!

Level II was great! I only had an external sonogram. The doctor took lots of measurements and we got some really great pics. Enjoy!
