What a relief!!
I took my father on Saturday to look at the two premiere senior community residences in Philly. So SO nervous because if he didn't like them, I really don't know where to look next.
But, he LOVED one of the places, and even put down a deposit on one of the rooms, with a move-in date of September 1st!
I am BEYOND elated and just so excited for him!! The property manager told us the place has a 65/35 ratio of women to men, and looked at my Dad and told him, with a wink, you're going to do very well here with the ladies
