What a difference undereye concealer makes
I got the new (cheap) Rimmel Anti Fatigue concealer. It's so good...it lights up your eye a bit. I never have bags, but I do get bluish circles. It makes them vanish...I got it for like $5.99 at Eckerd.

I'm a big undereye concealer user. Even if I don't need it, I think I do. I think I've given myself a complex. I've been wearing it since high school.
