We're off to San Francisco!
Yay!!! We're going for 6 days in June...staying at the Marriott Fisherman's Wharf.
We plan on seeing the sites, Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bride, wine country...
Heard the weather's been perfect! 
Anyone have any suggestions for anything we should do or other places to go? Any restaurant recommendations?

We were in Napa last year. I can recommend some restaurants there if you are interested.

IN Napa the village itself, we went to Zuzu....

My favorite winery was Domain Chandon

My only suggestion is to buy the tickets for Alcatraz before you leave for your trip. They sell out fast!

Jen, sounds like a fabulous trip! San Francisco was one of the best trips I ever took, it is beautiful there !
It's been well over 6 yrs since I went, so I don't have any specific restaurant recommendations and such. But you are going to have a great time!
Two general recommendations:
Don't miss a trip to Ghiardelli Square (I think that is right by the wharf)

And we also took a little day trip to Muir Woods. Not sure if you and your DH are into it, but it was simply breaktaking and I really enjoyed it very much. It's a very short drive from the heart of the city:

I have heard that we need to buy the Alcatraz tix before we go...just not sure where we need to get them from...does anyone know?

We went last summer. The Mondavi vineyard in Napa was my favorite winery tour. It's popular, so you may want to call ahead, because only 8 people go on each tour. Also, visit Copia, the wine and food museum in Napa. It's an interactive museum with cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, and exhibits and was really cool.
If you like garlic, eat at the Stinking Rose!

you can probably get them from your hotel. Call and ask. I will also ask my mom when I speak with her this weekend...she lives out there.
If you guys are renting a car, A1, Pacific Coast Highway is an amazing drive. There is this restaurant in Big Sur that overlooks the bluffs, I don't remember the name, and the view is outrageous. If you drive, you can't miss it, not too many restaurants in the area or on the bluff.

We went to San Francisco and Napa for our honeymoon.
As for a restaurant...we really liked the Cosmopolitan Restaurant

I also recommend stopping in to Buena Vista Cafe and have an Irish Coffee on Fisherman's Wharf!

Then you will love this restaurant. It's actually in the city of San Francisco. I would google it, you should be able to find the address.

Oooh, we drove A1 one day also and it was gorgeous! The scenery is so beautiful in California.
