Well, not "officially" anyway.
BUT- I want this house (at least judging by the pictures...)
West Islip Home
The MLS # is 2072559
Anyone know how this area is, I know West Islip in general is a nice area.
Just wishful thinking at this point...
Update:
So, I talked my mom into going to look at this house on Saturday. It was really cute- the yard was AMAZING!! So pretty- with a patio and plenty of lawn space.
Cons-
-Small kitchen
-3rd bedroom is on the 1st floor (the other 2 are upstairs) and VERY small
-Very small closets in both larger rooms, there is storage in the basement (unfinished) and garage, but who wants to keep their linens/clothes in the basement?
I'm in love with the yard though!! Good house for anyone who only wants 2 BRs and doesn't mind a smaller kitchen

We actually went to see this house. It is a really, really nice house. And the people who live there are probably about the nicest people I've met. She had a baby around the same time that I did, and we really hit it off. We were saying how we should get together and stuff, but then I felt weird asking her for her number!
But the house is really nice, but being that we are having #2, we want to have 3 bedrooms on the same level.

I work in West Islip. It's a nice area with a wonderful school district.
We had actually looked in West Islip when we were house hunting... but we needed to be a bit more west for the DH's commute to work.

That is a really nice house in move in condition. Only thing I dont like is that you can only eat in the dining room. There is no where to eat in the kitchen.
Other than that I like the fact that it has CAC, recessed lighting, basement, 2 car garage, hardwood floors, and 2 bathrooms

We live in West Islip. The house is adorable and the school district is excellent. The mls listing says it is West Islip School District, but just be sure to double check with the realtor.
I'm sure it is West Islip schools, but that is one of the last blocks in the district. Just west of it is Bayshore SD.

Hyman is right in my neighborhood! Is it north or south of Sunrise Hwy? I might try to jog past it sometime soon to take a look - we're renting in W. Islip now but I want to buy soon.

No, it is south of Sunrise, just north of the train tracks. And it is RIGHT on the edge of Bayshore and
W Islip. My mom's GPS considered it Bayshore.
ETA: the map on mlsli is WRONG.  It is way North of Bardolier Rd. and there are several dead ends you have to go around.
