Went to pick up our Christmas portraits from Sear's today...

all $250 of them! and they were SO SO SOOOO dark that we had to have them re-print them.

I am so upset!

All of our christmas cards, plus all of the portraits that we were planning on giving in frames to some family members for Christmas were so dark that the background wasn't even clear in some of them.

So they are re-ordering them and said they'll be in in about a week but I am just worried now that they'll be bad this time too.

They looked fine on the portrait CD that we ordered, so I am not sure what happened. They said that they were just developed dark.

Now I have to wait another week to send out christmas cards, I was excited to get started on them.

Has this happened to anyone else before? I hope it'll be OK!

What is up with photography places lately? We got a family portrait done at Picture People and they did them soooooooooo light. That and they printed out the wallets crooked (so that they didn't even fit on the sheet correctly). Luckily the can reprint that right in the store. I don't understand how a place can actually give you pictures that don't look right after you pay all that money. It really ticks me off. It's even worse with places like Sears where you have to wait for them. I hope they come back right for you this time!
