went back to the gym today ugh...
I went back to the gym today after 3 weeks off. It is so hard to get back into the swing of things when you take time off...
But I had a really good workout. Time to start to shed those summer lunch pounds..

I know what you're going through. I finally started going back to karate after 9 months off.... had surgery on my elbow, so no real activity for a while.... wow, am I out of shape!

I was going every week and stopped for two weeks. One week I was on vacation, I thought I would definately go back right away. Well I had a cold when I came back for another week. It was hard getting back with 2 weeks off.

I took 1 year off before I went back and it was soooooooooo hard to go back. The incentive is losing the gut I got over this past year, it makes me mad. I used to be a workout machine. Now I do try to get out of it as much as possible.

It's soo hard getting back after being off for a while. I just recently started going again too.
