Well, we did it
We made an offer on a gigantic fixer-upper, and they accepted our offer, so it looks like we're moving! I'm a little sad because we put so much work into the house we're in right now, but we were running out of space and out of home projects. The new house has over 3100 sq/ft and it needs A LOT OF WORK, as you can see, so I think we'll have enough to occupy us for a LONG time! 
Oh, and if anyone is looking to move to the Philadelphia area, there's a really nice, totally renovated house for sale!  Image Attachment(s):

Yup, we REALLY want to get rid of that ugly tree to the right. Anyone know anything about pulling out trees?

we hired someone to cut a bunch of trees off of our property when we moved it....we had too many!!

First we had 3 birch trees taken out on the front lawn and the stumps ground...and had the rest of the trees trimmed - $750
Then we had 5 scrub pines taken out and the stumps ground for $650
It was so worth it because we couldnt stand the trees!!

Re: trees. My mom had a HUGE tree removed (6 feet around trunk) and it was $1500, so I would imagine the pine would be a lot less

Great house.
I probably would have bought that house in a heartbeat. Mine was a diamond in the rough as well. It's great because you will fix it up exactly the way you want.
