Well Priced House in Northport
We just bought a house but of course I still look on mlsli.com. I saw this house posted today on mlsli and thought it was a good price, although they do not show inside pictures. I thought I would post it for those looking. Here is the link:

It's a great area though and in all honesty, not too busy. There is an elementary school right down the road (my old school  ) and so there are stop signs that slow traffic. It's not far from Pulaski Road which leads to everywhere, basically, so it's a 5 minute drive to Sagtikos Pkwy. My best friend's family lives right around the block on Tanager and it's a nice quiet area.

I love Northport/E. Northport.
I hear the SD's are very good.
I wonder why there are no pictures on the inside of the house..
It does say mint.. so I guess it's not that bad..

I'm actually planning to go see this house today - they are having an open house. Although, it's hard to get motivated to get dressed in this weather. I hate when they have no pictures!

I agree, not too busy of a road - the school just down the road has great sleigh riding in the winter!!!
Oh yes...the school has sleigh riding hills and the park next to it, too. Plus, just down the road are basketball courts, softball fields AND a track (that I sprained my ankle on). I would totally look into it.

oh hey! Were you the couple that came in while we were there? I think it was around 1:30 ish.. anyway, cute home just the LIRR was a huge eyesoar. It also did need a lot of updating....
