Well it looks like I don't have a tenant
She has not called or arranged to drop off the deposit. I have texted and called. Nada.
I guess I'm better off not having this work out and find out two months later that she is a nightmare.
I kind of knew it but I was giving her the benefit of the doubt.
Well on to the next one.

we posted an ad on rent.com and craigslist.
So far nada.
I don't mind people having issues, but she couldn't even come up with the deposit.
