I just have to say, ask your OB if you haven't gotten one! I saw the nurse give it to another patient so I asked if that was something we got later on..turns out, they forgot to give it to me at the glucose test. It's got helpful information inside, two ice packs with an insulated baggie and single servings of Similar Powder, all in a bigger insulated tote.
