I was laying on the couch, on my right side/ back, when all of a sudden my left arm got a strange feeling. Like almost numb, but wasn't. Sometimes it feels like that overnight cause I guess I sleep on it, but I wasn't laying on my arm or anything and now i feel weird, and I feel like its going to my face, but I am not sure if its because I am panicking or what. Any one ever experience something like this?? I am seriously debating going to the ER.
