weird...AF or not?
ok so I had a very tiny bit of spotting on cd 48 and 49. Then again on cd 55 and 56. Yesterday at cd 61, I got home at 7pm started feeling major cramps so I went to the bathroom and had AF. I am never super heavy but it was def heavy enough that I put a tampon in. Okay so now weirdly...when I went to bed around 11 it was gone and is still not here this morning and no more cramps either.
So was that AF if it was only for a few hours? It seemed too heavy just to be spotting?! Could it be a cyst that ruptured or something?

Re: weird...AF or not?
i dont think a cyst would cause bleeding - but it would probably cause some cramping pain. but if you had a long anovulatory cycle, that could cause short periods of bleeding followed by nothing. i would see a doctor or RE to confirm and move on to a medicated cycle where length and ovulation can be accurately controlled. good luck!

thanks! I am currently still going through testing with dr. b before starting a medicated cycle. It was jsut weird to me that I bled for a few hours and then stopped because my last cycle that was 60+ days ended with what appeared to be a normal 3-4 day AF.
