Weird stomach muscle tightening feeling
Last night, I was standing around at friends house, and I got this painful tight muscle feeling in my upper right stomach- almost my side. It felt like a pulled muscle, and to the touch, it was rock hard.
Anyone?
I am only 15w2d- so I'm sure it's not uterus related- too high.
Did anyone else experience this?
I plan to start pre natal yoga soon- hopefully this is the kind of thing it will help- because that was pretty painful!
It's actually still sore today, but not hard.

I had them when i was pregnant, and i was told its your ligaments stretching as baby grows.
