weird question- swelling from drinking milk?
ive been home practically the whole long weekend and my feet have been so painfully swollen, it hurts just to walk to the bathroom.
yesterday, i didnt drink any milk, but all other days, i drink a ton (lactaid 2% if it matters). today i woke up and the swelling is significantly better- still there, but not scary like all the other days.
do you think the swelling could be from milk? i told you it was a weird question lol.

 No idea. Doesn't sound like it should be a cause of swelling, but who knows? Could it just be that you had been off your feet for a few days?
Either way, glad to hear you're feeling a little better!
