Weird feeling today...
Several times today my face has gotten really warm and my head starts pounding around my ears/temples for awhile (not pain, just pounding) and then it just goes away. It doesn't seem to be brought on by anything specific (stress, food, etc.) and I normally have lower blood pressure (less than 100/60 usually).
Does anyone else get this? Should I call my doctor?

Maybe you're dehydrated? Can you lie down and rest for a bit to see if it continues. If so, I'd call my doc just to check in and make yourself feel better.

Sometimes when I get up in the middle of the night to pee, I can hear my heart beating in my ears. Is that what it sounds like?

No, I can't really hear the pounding, just feel it. And I'm just sitting at my desk. Maybe I am dehydrated or had too much sugar. I called my doctor and waiting to hear back. Thanks for replying!

That happens to me too, and I'm thinking it's my blood pressure. Pre-pg it was 80/60, and it is now 120/60. I notice it a lot when I'm laying down.

OMG I was just about to post on this...ear pain at night...totally sounds like a heart beating in my left ear...what is it?
