Weird conversation I just had with Target
Target: Hi this is Tiffany, how may I help you (in thick Indian accent)
Me: I was calling to see if you can waive my late fee...
T: Ok, let me check for you. May I waive a portion of the late fee as a convenience
Me: I'm sorry, could you repeat that
T: Sure, may I waive a portion of the late fee as a convenience to you.
Me: I'm sorry your asking me that?
T: yes, may I waive a portion of the late fee as a convenience
Me: Um... if your asking me, then no. Can you waive the entire fee?
T: Ok, yes. Thank you mam, as a convenience I have waived the full late fee......
I guess they are outsourcing to India too now. I usually hate the whole scripted thing but today it worked to my advantage

Glad you got it waived! I called my Chase cc about a $39 late fee. The guys answered and said how may I help you. I said I have this late fee, and before I could finish, he said he would remove all charges and could he help me with anything else. Easiest phone call ever.
